Technical Recruiter

Job duties:

arvato Systems N.A. is looking for a Technical Recruiter responsible for building and maintaining talent pipeline. Responsibilities include:
• Actively sourcing for qualified candidates using internal recruiting tool, networking, internet databases, social media and employee referrals.
• Maintaining a strong network of key organizations, agencies and websites for candidate recruiting.
• Design and deliver of effective, creative recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select top qualified candidates for key positions across the organization.
• Engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation phase.
• Updating and maintaining recruiting databases for candidate and agency management, and, diversity and requisition cost.
• Oversee and manage of the administrative functions of recruiting such as: processing of job requisitions through applicant tracking system),online and other media job advertisement postings, developing and coordinating interview schedules, processing and evaluating interview feedback forms, processing candidate references and background checks
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and maintaining a network of qualified passive candidates
• Tracking candidate information and produce weekly/monthly metric reports (i.e. sources, # of interviews, hire to fill ratios, etc.) throughout hiring process.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related
• 1-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience in the various skills set and tools and for different levels
• Knowledge of IT programming languages, applications, and skills including but not limited to Java frameworks, Spring, MVC Pattern etc.
• Experience in sourcing techniques including database, job boards, internet search engines, networking/referrals, social networking sites and cold calling.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Competitive, energetic and motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and assist in the management of client relationships.
• Desire to stay abreast of cutting-edge developments, trends and innovations in IT technology.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all organizational levels. Influencing and building credibility and confidence at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience staffing in a high-growth organization
• Proficiency in behavioral interviewing preferred

The following position is available at arvato systems North America. We’re focussing on implementation projects for the hybris eCommerce platform.
